what is Gerbil and what is guinea pig

in my previous post, i stated few pets name that may be new thing to some of our friends. so i post this post showing the picture of gerbil and guinea pig (we called guinea pig arkus, argus, or tikus belanda in malay). hope it can help our friend to recognize new cute fellas..
