Knowledge before everything…

Sometimes, we got question like:
“My hammy give birth this morning, but one thing I want to ask, why they are pink in color.”

This is actually an example of an owner that has lack of knowledge in his/her pet. Actually, hamsters and mice, and rats, and most of rodents, give birth to pink babies, that are why people called them pinkies. Same thing with rabbit, if the babies color were light, or white, the newborn will be pink also. Only species like guinea pig give birth to their young in almost same shape and look like them.

It was like an agreement of all people in this world, that before doing anything, knowledge about that thing must be gained first. From easiest thing such as fry an egg, to the biggest thing such as go to astronaut, all things need knowledge.

Same thing with keeping pets, knowledge about the pet itself, their nature and habit, their food and drink, all must be gained before you buy or get a pet. In these modern and technology world, gaining knowledge was so easy. Through the internet, you can Google all things about your pets.

Remember also, gaining knowledge didn’t end when you get your pet, it must be continued so you and your pet can live happily without much problems. Knowledge actually can be gain through many ways- books, articles, internet, as well as experiences. Register your nick in pet’s forum in internet; you don’t only get lot of knowledge, but also fun, friends and social activities.

So remember our advice, gain knowledge about a pet before you get it!!
